Flag Football
This program is open to North Central, Bark River-Harris, and Carney-Nadeau students in grades 3-6. Entry fees are $17 for one student, $29 for two students, and $13 each for three or more students from the same family. Games (which last about 1 hour) will be scheduled on Saturday mornings at NCA, C-N, or BR-H. This program lasts approximately 5-6 weeks, with about an hour of practice per week. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11. One volunteer coach is needed for each team – NO COACH, NO TEAM.

Hunter Safety
Community Schools and the Department of Natural Resources will be sponsoring Hunters Safety, with financial support from the Normenco Sportsmans Club. This free program will be held at the Normenco Sportsmans Club building in Powers on Saturday, Sept. 12 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CST, and Sunday, Sept. 13 from noon to 5 p.m. CST. Students at NCA, BR-H, and CN are invited to attend. This program has limited enrollment, and participant selection will be prioritized by age, not order of registration. A parent must accompany children under the age of 11. ENROLLMENT DEADLINE IS THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10.

North Central

Dance
Who: Boys and girls ages 4-12
When: Fridays - Sept.25 through Dec. 18
Recital will be held Sat., Dec. 19
Cost: $66 ($6 per lesson)
Participants also need practice skirt, black leotard, and ballet slippers

Introductory Guitar
Who: Grades 3-6
When: Mondays - October 5-26, Nov. 2,9
Cost: $30 total ($5 per lesson)
Where: NCA Elementary, room 104 until 4 p.m, then band room

BB Guns
Who: Grades 3-6
When: Mondays - Oct. 12-26
Where: NCA Elementary, room 104 until 4, then outside
